Honor Magic5 Lite 6GB - Forgotten access code

If you’ve forgotten the access code for your Honor smartphone, there are several methods you can use to unlock your device. Which method works depends on your Android version and the settings you’ve configured. The following steps also apply to Android 14 and 15:

1. Unlock with Google Account

1. Enter the wrong code multiple times: Then select “Forgot pattern/PIN”.

2. Use your Google account: Log in with your Google account to unlock the device.

Note: This method only works on older Android versions.

2. Using Google “Find My Device”

1. Visit Google Find My Device.

2. Log in: Use the Google account linked to your device.

3. Create a new password: Lock your phone and set up a new password.

3. Factory reset

1. Turn off the device: Power off your device completely.

2. Enter recovery mode: Press and hold the volume up button and the power button simultaneously.

3. Select “Wipe data/factory reset”: Use the volume buttons to highlight the option and confirm with the power button.

4. Restart the device: Then select “Reboot system now” to restart your device.

Note: This method will erase all data on the device.
